Yes, we provide free samples. However, delivery charges are covered by the customer. Providing an International Express Account for freight collect is recommended.
Q2: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is generally 1 metric ton for each specific model of profile.
Q3: How is the mold fee handled for custom orders?
If a new mold is required for your order, the fee will be refunded once the order quantity reaches a specified target amount.
Q4: What is the difference between theoretical and actual weight?
Actual weight includes the packaging. Theoretical weight is calculated based on the technical drawings (weight per meter multiplied by the total length).
Q5: How do you ensure the high quality of your LED products?
We maintain strict quality control with 100% online QC and final inspection. Our facility is backed by over 10 years of production experience and certifications like ISO9001 and ISO14001.
Q6: What are your standard payment terms?
Our standard terms are a 30% T/T deposit, with the remaining 70% T/T balance due before loading the container.
